You hold space for everyone else even when you are running on empty.
You mask your symptoms at work and keep pushing through.
You gaslight yourself into believing you should be able to do more.
You fall apart at home, quietly, where no one sees.
You believe rest has to be earned.
Surface-Level Symptom Relief
Menopause "supplements" marketed to “fix symptoms”
Teas, powders, or tonics "promising" hormone balance
Doctor visits that feel rushed, transactional, leave important context unexplored, and overlook lived experience
Being told your bloodwork is “normal” despite feeling awful
Medications "offered" without deeper explanation (HRT, antidepressants, weight-loss injections)
Advice to “reduce stress” without support on how
"Conflicting" menopause books and online resources
Influencers sharing "strong opinions" without nuance
Trying protocol after protocol with "short-lived or negative results"
Root-Cause Focus,
Lasting Results!
Supplementation based on individual needs, not marketing claims
System-level focus rather than surface-level relief
Time for context, patterns, and lived experience to be considered alongside tests
Advanced bloodwork analysis (beyond standard ranges)
Medication should be contextualised, not used as the only strategy
Stress reduction needs practical, physiological strategies, not just mindset advice
Education should be scientific, unbiased, and personalised, not overwhelming
Menopause care requires nuance, context, and individualisation, not absolutes
Sustainable change comes from sequencing and integration, not constant switching
Menopause isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about responding differently
This work brings together education, clinical insight, and expert understanding of women’s midlife health.
Certified Menopause Coach
Registered Nutritionist
Functional Bloodwork Analyst
Epigenetic Specialist
My background includes formal teaching experience at the collegiate level, alongside years of hands-on clinical work supporting women through perimenopause and post-menopause. I am deeply experienced in interpreting complex bloodwork, identifying symptom patterns, and translating those findings into practical, real-world strategies that actually work in day-to-day life.
This isn’t checklist coaching.
It’s clinical thinking translated into clear, steady action, without overwhelm.

Investigate
We assess bloodwork, patterns, stress physiology, digestion, inflammation, sleep, and recovery capacity to understand why your body is responding the way it is.
So you stop guessing.

Listen
We look at your symptoms in context. How they cluster, change, and interact over time. Rather than treating them in isolation.
So your symptoms finally make sense.

Implement
We apply targeted nutrition, lifestyle, and training strategies in a clear sequence that supports your nervous system and physiology.
So your body can begin to heal.

Able to get a good night sleep after
8-weeks!

No longer feels ashamed to talk about menopause.

Her life was changed, and she didn't know it was possible!

Not only improved her own health but her family's health!

Lost 5kg in 7 weeks, and fits back into medium scrubs.

Eliminated multiple menopause symptoms, which changed her life!

We walk through onboarding, implementation, and adjustments together.

We use a top-down method (the period of dysfunction) to understand where stress and dysfunction are really coming from.

Every recommendation has a reason, and you’ll understand why it’s there.

This is an empowering process, not a blind protocol.

This supports sustainable weight loss and symptom relief without restriction.

Because the human body is dynamic, your support should be too.

What you learn here applies for life — not just 12 weeks.

Making a thoughtful decision matters. These are the questions we hear most often.
This is one of the most common concerns, and one of the biggest misunderstandings in women’s health.
When labs are labelled “normal,” they’re being assessed using conventional reference ranges, which are designed to diagnose disease, not to optimise health or explain symptoms. In this work, we use functional ranges, which are much tighter and allow us to identify dysfunction well before it becomes diagnosable disease.
In my clinical experience, every woman I’ve worked with who was told her labs were “normal” still had multiple markers outside functional ranges. When those imbalances are addressed, symptoms often improve, even though nothing was ever technically “wrong” on paper.
You can absolutely do this work while on HRT.
HRT can be a helpful tool, but it doesn’t address the underlying drivers of symptoms on its own. Many women continue to feel uncomfortable on HRT because their body isn’t able to properly process, metabolise, or clear the hormones they’re taking.
We work alongside medical care, not instead of it. Supporting the systems that allow HRT to work effectively. Some women later reassess their need for HRT once dysfunction is corrected, but that decision is always made thoughtfully and in context.
No. Bloodwork is completed as part of the onboarding process.
If you have previous results, we’ll review those as well, as they provide valuable historical context. However, we always gather current bloodwork, because markers change over time and we need up-to-date data to personalise your protocol.
I guide you through exactly what to test and how to organise it. It’s a supported, straightforward process — not something you’re expected to navigate alone.
This varies, but many women begin noticing early shifts within the first 4–6 weeks, often starting with reduced inflammation, better sleep, or subtle changes in energy.
As the weeks progress, improvements in mental clarity, mood, digestion, and weight regulation tend to follow. Progress isn’t linear. Life, stress, and recovery capacity all matter, which is why we adjust the protocol weekly based on how your body is responding.
This isn’t about rushing results. It’s about applying the right support, in the right order, for long-term change.
This work is an investment in your long-term health and quality of life.
Many women come into the program after years of spending money on appointments, supplements, books, and programs that didn’t address the root cause of their symptoms. This approach removes the trial-and-error and replaces it with clarity, direction, and tools you’ll use for the rest of your life.
When health improves, energy returns, and that has a ripple effect into work, relationships, and daily life. That’s where the real value lies.
This program isn’t designed for quick fixes or symptom-masking.
It’s not a fit for women who want a pill or a short-term solution without engaging in the process. It is designed for women who are ready to understand their body, make informed changes, and build sustainable habits with support.
Every application is reviewed personally to ensure this is the right level of care for you.
You’re not following a generic plan, you’re responding to your body’s signals.
Everything is built from your bloodwork, genetics, lifestyle, and lived experience. Many women are surprised by how much clarity they gain, particularly through the genetic (phenotype) insights, which often explain why past diets, routines, or advice never worked for them.
As women move through the program, they often stop pushing through discomfort, stop blaming themselves, and start trusting their body again. That shift is just as important as the physical changes.
